TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE VAIND ONLINE STORE
§1. General Provisions
The online store VAIND, available at vaind.eu, is operated by:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store and the conditions for concluding sales contracts for clothing.
The Store conducts sales within the territory of the European Union.
These Terms and Conditions comply with applicable Polish and European Union law, in particular:
– the Polish Civil Code,
– the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights,
– Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
§2. Definitions
Store – the VAIND online store operated at vaind.eu.
Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order in the Store.
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Goods – physical clothing products offered for sale in the Store.
Sales Contract – a contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Store.
§3. Placing Orders
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day via the Store’s website.
To place an order, the Customer must:

select the Goods,

provide the required personal and delivery data,

accept these Terms and Conditions,

make a payment using an available payment method.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a Sales Contract.
The Sales Contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller via e-mail.
§4. Prices and Payments
All prices of Goods are stated in EUR and include all applicable taxes (gross prices).
Delivery costs are stated separately and displayed to the Customer before placing the order.
Available payment methods include:
– bank transfer,
– electronic payments,
– payment cards,
– other methods made available in the Store.
The Customer is obliged to make payment immediately after placing the order.
§5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within the territory of the European Union.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Delivery time depends on the selected carrier and is indicated during the ordering process.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers beyond the Seller’s control.
§6. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the Consumer receives the Goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must submit a clear statement by e-mail to the Seller.
The Consumer must return the Goods within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
The cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Consumer.
The Seller shall refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days from receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
§7. Complaints
The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the Goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to the Seller’s contact address.
A complaint should include:
– Customer’s contact details,
– description of the defect or non-conformity,
– photographic documentation, if possible.
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
§8. Personal Data
The Seller is the controller of the Customers’ personal data.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, customer service, and compliance with legal obligations.
Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy published on the Store’s website.
§9. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on [date of publication].
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, such as changes in law or Store functionality. Amendments do not affect orders placed before the changes take effect.
Polish law shall apply to Sales Contracts concluded via the Store.
These Terms and Conditions are available at all times on the Store’s website.
